What customers say about 2BK - Massage & Beauty

Another, from 4 months ago, says Kima helped the reviewer fall deeply asleep and that they will definitely come back. Good to know before you go
Reviewers appear to arrange visits in advance: the critical review describes an appointment that was confirmed beforehand, and the positive ones refer to booked treatments such as the 60-minute massage. Because of the single report of an unanswered door and phone, some clients may want to reconfirm timings. The listing shows a 6 PM close from Monday to Saturday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Flawless Experience – Pure Bliss! I recently had a 60-minute relaxing full body massage at 2BK Massage and Beauty, and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolute perfection. The moment I stepped into the treatment room, I was instantly hit by how incredible it smelled—an amazing, soothing aroma that immediately made me take a deep breath and start to unwind. The room itself was a haven of tranquility; the lighting, the temperature, and the overall ambiance were so incredibly calming that the outside world just completely melted away. As for my therapist, she was nothing short of amazing. She has an incredible gift and such a warm, professional presence. She completely tailored the massage to make sure I was comfortable, and her technique was perfect. Every bit of tension I was holding onto was completely gone by the time the hour was up. It wasn’t just a massage; it felt like a total reset for my mind and body. If you are looking to treat yourself to some proper self-care, you need to book in here. I cannot praise her or this beautiful clinic enough. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud and I already cannot wait to book my next appointment!

Completely unprofessional. Surprised since it had some good reviews. Confirmed an appointment, they then asked on the day if the appt if I could come later whIch I stated I couldn't (was already on the way there). I turned up and to my surprise, no answer. Called them, no answer. Waited 10 mins, still no response. Next tine, have the decency to let the client know so they don't arrange and pay for unnecessary childcare.
